The simulacrum of St Vitória, located in the second chapel on the Epistle side of the Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Lapa in Porto, is one of the few female examples brought to Portugal.

The relics were brought by D. Francisco de Almada e Mendonça (Ambassador to the Roman Court), for private veneration. Later, in 1811, the simulacrum was generously donated by his family to the Brotherhood of Lapa, thereby promoting public veneration of the holy martyr.

This example stands out for its exuberance, craftsmanship, and materiality.
